Ryvanz-Mia impact on Education. Ryvanz-Mia, over the years, raised 23 children through education. It has been a long struggle, but we gradually achieving an impact. Currently, 8 children we care for have completed Senior High School; two are still in senior high school, while the other is a final year diploma student in the School of Journalism in Ghana and one completed University. Support Ryvanz-Mia Farm Program.
Ryvanz-Mia sometimes depends on maize, rice and cassava farming, poultry/piggery farming as a livelihood source to feed the children and provide an independent income. Experienced assistance in growing sustainable agriculture would be greatly appreciated. Our aim as an organization is to continuously support our local partners in Ghana and Uganda to grow, improve and run our self-sustaining programs to provide the monetary and educational tools needed by every child here in our orphanage.
We undertake different sustainable projects like Maize/Cassava Farming, Piggery/Poultry, and Goat rearing projects, some of which are ongoing. Our sustainable projects are designed to provide the needs of every foster child who is in desperate poverty.
Generating self-sustaining incomes breaks the poverty cycle and provides for the children’s needs and their community. We firmly believed that our sustainable projects could make a long-term impact both for the children and communities.
Over the years, we have had volunteers sponsoring our poultry initiative program, which is no exception. To improve and become self-sustaining, we developed these projects to help children raise food and enough money for school fees and materials.
We train the youth to become valuable and highly skilled in tailoring, hairdressing, poultry and piggery management with the help of a qualified poultry farmer.

Acceptance of any contribution, gift, or grant is at the discretion of the Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
Whether outright or life-income in character, We will accept no irrevocable gift if the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security under any reasonable set of circumstances.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts. She will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. We will accept gifts of in-kind services at the discretion of the Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner must be reviewed before acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. For anonymous gifts, the Ryvanz-Mia Charity will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
The Ryvanz-Mia Charity will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Ryvanz-Mia Charity.
